After logging into your email, if you think you are unable to send or receive mails, we recommend resetting your password and following these steps:

  • Check your device's internet connection.
  • Log into your Outlook account, go to ⚙ Settings > Mail > Rules - Check if there is any rule set and remove it if unnecessary.
  • In ⚙ Settings > Mail > Forwarding - Delete the email address found in the 'Forward my email to' section. Turn off the 'Enable forwarding' option.
  • Send an email to your corporate email account from your personal email account. If you receive a message like the one below in your personal email account, it means your account is locked. You will need to submit a request under the 'Information Security Breach' help category at
