My Email Account is Locked! I Can't Send Emails. Has My Account Been Hacked? My Email Account is Sending Spam Emails?

After logging into your email, if you think you are unable to send or receive mails, we recommend resetting your password and following these steps:
- Check your device's internet connection.
- Log into your Outlook account, go to ⚙ Settings > Mail > Rules - Check if there is any rule set and remove it if unnecessary.
- In ⚙ Settings > Mail > Forwarding - Delete the email address found in the 'Forward my email to' section. Turn off the 'Enable forwarding' option.
- Send an email to your corporate email account from your personal email account. If you receive a message like the one below in your personal email account, it means your account is locked. You will need to submit a request under the 'Information Security Breach' help category at teknikdestek.yildiz.edu.tr.
