Last Updated a year ago
Hello,
You can inform the YTU Information Technology Directorate of your questions, complaints, and suggestions about their services by creating a Support Request at www.teknikdestek.yildiz.edu.tr. We thank you in advance for your interest and support.
Yıldız Technical University Information Technology Directorate
THINGS TO CONSIDER AND KNOW WHEN CREATING A SUPPORT REQUEST;
- By searching through FAQs and current announcements, you can quickly research the topic you need support for. If you cannot find sufficient information in the FAQs, you can create your support request at teknikdestek.yildiz.edu.tr.
- Applications should be made with your university corporate email addresses (*@...yildiz.edu.tr). If you do not know or cannot access your corporate email address, you may specify your personal email address. In this case, you must create your request by uploading a photo of your staff or student ID under the Files to drag or select section in the Request Details area.
- When selecting a help topic, please be careful to choose the correct category and enter the information correctly and completely to assist the support personnel.
- Properly created requests will be responded to within 48 hours during working hours. The response link will be sent to the email address you provided during the application. You can continue to respond positively or negatively to the response. Otherwise, if not followed up within 24 hours, IT Directorate responses will be considered sufficient and will be closed.
***Requests will only be related to the Information Technology Directorate. The IT Directorate reserves the right to automatically close requests not pertaining to it. All requests are recorded. If you have made a request and it has not been answered, you can make a personal inquiry, complaint, or suggestion at the IT Directorate's main office with your request number.
***REQUESTS CANNOT BE MADE ON BEHALF OF OTHERS. NO ACTION WILL BE TAKEN IF MADE. UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF KVKK (Personal Data Protection Law), REQUESTS FOR INFORMATION OR ACTION REGARDING OTHERS CANNOT BE MADE.
