To update or reset your password, you must have a registered phone number or an alternative email address in the system. If these details are registered, you can change your password yourself via https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com/. If your phone number or alternative email address is not registered in the system, please inform us under the 'E-Mail / Student' category at https://teknikdestek.yildiz.edu.tr/.
