For all registrations, a one-time initial login password is sent to the personal email or phone number provided at the time of registration. For detailed information, please click here.

To update or reset your password, you must have a registered phone number or an alternative email address in the system. If these details are registered, you can change your password yourself via https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com/. If your phone number or alternative email address is not registered in the system, please inform us under the 'E-Mail / Student' category at https://teknikdestek.yildiz.edu.tr/.

When creating a new password, please be aware of the following:

• Your password must be at least 8 characters long.
• It should not contain user identity-related information (such as name, surname, student number, or parts of your email address).
• The password must include at least three of the following: uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and punctuation marks.
